Our portfolio properties benefit from long-term inflation linked leases managed by Housing Associations, which receive their funding from local government to provide homes for people in need of housing.

Fundamentum is an experienced Investment Advisor with a proven track record within the UK Social Housing market. The team have a combined +100 years’ experience in the sector and have successfully transacted on over 150 properties with over 70 being within the Social Housing Sector.
Fundamentum invests in a diversified portfolio of social housing properties across the UK that include residents with learning disabilities, mental health problems and the homeless.
