The Fundamentum Property Group was established to provide investment advisory services specialising in the UK Supported Housing sector. With a combined 40+ years’ experience in the sector, the team has established strong relationships with numerous Housing Associations (HAs), Registered Providers (RPs) and Registered Charities, across Local Authority areas of the UK.

Investment Advisor
The key members of the Investment Advisor are involved in the provision of investment advisory services. The Investment Advisor is an appointed representative of NCM Fund Services Limited, an entity which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the UK.
Christian began his career working for a listed residential property fund. The role consisted of the property management of the £50 million property portfolio, specialising in asset management and development of properties in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
In 2013, Christian helped to establish a commercial property adviser, initially heading up the property management team on a listed Luxembourg fund as well as for numerous private client and family office investments and subsequently, Christian joined Fundamentum Property Limited, a property adviser to a Luxembourg property fund investing in the Supported Housing Sector.
In 2019, Christian was part of the executive team that successfully launched the Fundamentum Social Housing REIT PLC listed on the International Stock Exchange and the FHL SCA SICAV RAIF launched in Luxembourg in 2020, both focusing on UK Social Housing.
Stewart has 25 years’ experience in the banking industry. He has worked for the NatWest Banking Group, Cater Allen Private Banking (subsequently Abbey International) and the Bank of Ireland.
After leaving the banking industry, Stewart established a bespoke news and investment portal for the intermediary market, IFA Shops. Following the sale of IFA Shops in 2012, Stewart took up a senior management role within an Asset Management company, where he worked on the launch, fund raising and strategy development for a Luxembourg SICAV Fund.
In 2019, Stewart was part of the executive team that successfully launched the Fundamentum Social Housing REIT PLC listed on the International Stock Exchange and the FHL SCA SICAV RAIF launched in Luxembourg in 2020, both focusing on UK Social Housing.
Stewart sits on the Board of various companies within the real estate sector.
Ash has over 20 years’ experience in sustainable and impact investing. In 2008 Ash co-founded Falcon Coffees, Ethical commodity trading business focused on building collaborative supply chains between farmers and roasters for shared profit and positive impact. In 2016, he sold his equity stake to Westrock Coffee Company, a NASDAQ listed company.
In 2012, Ash founded Paragon Property Group, a Property Investment and Management company active in both Residential and Commercial sectors across the UK.

Ash is an active investor and undertakes Board roles for companies covering a range of different industries, including Tech, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Tax Advisory.
